Monika N. Levine, Esq. is an Associate Attorney at Gottlieb Wagner, where she focuses her practice on Florida family law and commercial litigation matters. Ms. Levine represents clients in divorce and child custody proceedings, child support and post-judgment modification cases, and the drafting and negotiation of prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. In addition, she handles a range of contract and commercial matters, both in litigation and transactional contexts.

Prior to joining Gottlieb Wagner at its inception, Ms. Levine worked alongside Mr. Gottlieb as his associate at a prior firm, where she gained extensive courtroom and litigation experience. During that time, she served as second chair in both bench and jury trials, represented clients in hearings and negotiations, and drafted a wide variety of legal pleadings and motions.

At Gottlieb Wagner, Ms. Levine continues to play a vital role in both the Commercial Litigation and Family Law Divisions, along with preparing real estate and probate transactional documentation. She conducts legal research and analysis, drafts persuasive legal documents, communicates with clients, and assists with new client intake and case development.

Ms. Levine received her Juris Doctor degree from St. Thomas University College of Law in Miami, Fla. in May 2023, and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Florida State University in Tallahassee, Fla. in 2018. As a law student, Ms. Levine made the Dean’s list and was a member of the Trial Team at St. Thomas University College of Law. She also participated in the St. Thomas More Catholic Law Society as a Social Media Liaison. Ms. Levine was admitted to The Florida Bar in 2023.

Ms. Levine has extensive experience working for law firms, having worked as a Commercial Litigation Legal Assistant and Law Clerk for Mr. Gottlieb prior to attending law school. In addition, she worked as a real estate legal assistant filing and drafting eviction notices; drafting letters for potential clients; and assisting attorneys with researching deeds.

Ms. Levine has a passion for the law and helping individuals navigate complex legal issues, whether it’s ensuring the well-being of families during difficult times or protecting the interests of businesses. She is bilingual (English and Spanish) and lives in South Florida. In her spare time, Ms. Levine enjoys traveling, arts & crafts, cooking, reading, and spending time with friends and family members.
